Sometimes, at unexpected times, we have our Moments of Truth. They may come during chaos, calm, or busting with laughter, or at any time. When that happens, take that truth & run with it, no matter where you are. Do it for you. Do it for your children. Do it for your spouse. Do it for your BFF. Whatever you do, just take it & go with it. Or maybe just grab a nice, ice cold glass bottle of Mexican Coke – ‘Cause I got a special answer meant just for me, Somewhere in my immediate vicinity (The Individualist by Todd Rundgren from The Individualist album 1995) and you have a special answer meant just for you, in your vicinity.

Before Goldilocks, there were 2 bears

I loved my tea parties and used real tea. I had stuffed animals, but never Teddy Bear Tea. Maybe if Goldilocks hosted, they’d have shared porridge with her, but what do I know?

I raise my favorite tea cup – I’m Cleanin’ Out My Closet (Eminem), Because of You (Kelly Clarkson). No, she did not have a drug problem, and will write in my story, which I need to get back into writing. Life is funny. Between one on one therapy 3 separate times, in person group, virtual group, virtual counseling, going my own way, and being an admin/mod in an adult group has helped.

I’m presenting to you, the boy who made me a mom… my best boy, my heart, my pride, the chef, musician and more than anyone can imagine, my Chad. Happy Mother’s Day to you all!

Some people say the best compliment is imitation, but I think some people obsessed. 20 years ago, we were in LA on a vacation, and went into Hollywood to the Wax Museums and the Believe it or Not one. We saw a Sylvester Stallone impersonator as Rambo.

It’s too bad that this cover of What a Wonderful World by Israel (IZ) Kamakawiwo’ole isn’t in a famous movie. I think it’s worth getting air time.

It’s going to be a great show! I couldn’t be in this one since I had a terrible infection that required surgery & wound vac. I’m not sure if I can make it because Mike is having lumbar surgery the day before the show. So, I’m counting on YOU to be present!
